Targray Adds Fuel Tank for Biodiesel in Chicago Area

North American Biofuel supplier's latest expansion addresses strong demand in Midwest region

Chicago, Illinois – Targray, a leading North American biodiesel supplier, has announced its latest biodiesel inventory location in Summit Argo, Illinois, near Chicago. Beginning in July 2016, Targray will supply B99 biodiesel to its growing customer base using the terminal’s fully-automated 24/7 truck rack.

 New Terminal to Address Strong Demand for Biodiesel in Chicago Area

Accessible by rail and capable of supplying biodiesel throughout the winter months, the Chicago-area fuel terminal will enable Targray to address the increasingly high demand for biofuels coming out of the Midwestern US states.

The Summit Argo location will allow the company “to serve new & existing customers, and to show our continuous efforts to strengthen our network of terminals in the Midwest.” Explains Andrew Richardson, President of Targray. The terminal is one of the world’s largest throughput fuel ethanol facilities. It offers rail to storage, land to ship and ship to storage services for fuel distribution. The facility’s wide range of products and services enable Targray to provide its customers with complete biodiesel management solutions.

Company Joins Chicago Area Clean Cities Coalition

The Chicago Area Clean Cities Coalition (CACC) is a unique partnership of government and corporate organizations from every corner of the Chicago metropolitan area. Representing private businesses, educational and research institutions, fuel providers, utilities and environmental organizations, the organization works towards encouraging the use of clean fuel and clean fuel vehicles in and around the Chicago area.
